If the voice quality constantly breaks up when using your Ooma Telephone System, this is often due to the speed and quality of your Internet connection. For optimal performance, Ooma recommends connecting your Telo directly between the modem and router. This setup prioritizes phone calls over other network traffic. To further optimize bandwidth allocation, connect a computer to the HOME port, go to setup.ooma.com, and click on the Advanced tab.
