Power supply
The Optibelt TT 3 is equipped for
battery use or for use with
accumulators (optional).
5.1 Battery operation
2 mignon cells, type AA each with
1.5 V are needed. The battery holder
is at the back of the device.
Note:
If the device is not used for a longer
period, you are advised to remove the
batteries.
5.2 Accumulator opera-
tion (optional)
The accumulator is charged via the
charger and charging cable provided
with the delivery. After completion
of the charging cycle, the net device
auto mati cally switches to a charge-
maintaining cycle.
Upon termination of the charging
process, the power supply unit
automatically switches to the
maintenance charge cycle. The
charging process is indicated by the
ashing red LED. When the charging
end voltage is reached, the red LED
lights up continuously.
