Why does my Optimus Electronic Keyboard have no sound?
    • B
      Barbara HernandezJul 29, 2025
If your Optimus Electronic Keyboard has no sound, even when pressing keys, there are several possible reasons: * The keyboard may have turned off automatically. Turn the power back on. * The volume might be too low. Increase the volume. * Headphones could be connected. Disconnect them. * There may be a power supply issue. Ensure the batteries are correctly inserted, matching the polarity (+/–). * The batteries may be drained. Replace them with fresh ones. * The AC adapter might not be properly connected. Ensure it is connected correctly. * If the MODE is set to FINGERED, you might be pressing too few accompaniment keys. Set the MODE to NORMAL or CONCERT CHORD, or press 3 or 4 keys to form a chord while MODE is set to FINGERED.

If you're not getting any sound from your Optimus Electronic Keyboard when it's connected to an external amplifier, the issue could be due to the volume being too low. Try turning up the volume on both the keyboard and the amplifier. Alternatively, the connection cord may be faulty, so try replacing it.
