Procedure - Test equipment: video generator.
- Test signal: analog 1024x768@60Hz.
- Test Pattern: White pattern
Inspection item - Dark pixels check.
- White pattern
- Adjacent dark pixel.
Criteria - It is acceptable when it has 7 dead pixels on any
pattern, the picture frame should not appear yel-
low, shadow, light blue, and other nonperform-
ing.
- Adjacent pixel with each other is unacceptable.
- Ref. Defect specication table
Note: The defect criteria follows TI specication.
5. Bright Blemish
Procedure - Test equipment: video generator
- Test signal: 1024x768 @60Hz
- Test Pattern: Gray 10
Inspection item - Bright blemish check
Criteria - The bright blemish should be less or
equal to 4 under gray 10 pattern.
- Ref. Defect specication table
6. Dark Blemish
Procedure - Test equipment: video generator
- Test signal: 1024x768 @60Hz
- Test Pattern: Blue 60
Inspection item - Dark blemish check
Criteria - The dark blemish should be less or
equal to 4 under blue 60 pattern.
