Data Bank
This tool allows you to store the addresses and birthdays of your friends and
relatives. You must type in your password to gain access to the data bank.
There are four options: New, Search, Delete or Print.

The Data Bank entry screen has five fields: Name, Phone Number, Address, Email
Address, and Birthday. The blinking cursor will appear in the name field.
1. Key in a name and press [Enter].
2. Key in a phone number and press [Enter].
3. Key in an address and press [Enter].
4. Key in an email address and press [Enter].
5. Key in a birthday and press [Enter].
NOTE:
Entries are automatically saved.
Search for an Entry
The Data Bank Search screen asks you to type in the first three letters of the person's
name. Be careful to match the case of the letters. Abbreviated records (name and
phone number) of the entries most closely matching your search will appear. You
can display the full entry by pressing the left mouse button over the desired entry.
