diagram
shows
a
typical
application
for
an
ORION
30
dBHP
High
Pass
Filter
used
to
control
high
frequencies
applied
to
a
set
of
tweeters.
An
ORION
200
CRX
Active
Crossover
is
used
to
select
the
full
range
of
mid
and
high
frequencies,
and
to
select
the
lows
applied
to
the
subwoofers.
An
ORION
600
EQM
Equalizer
or
500
PMQ
Parametric
Equalizer
is
used
to
pro¬
vide
overall
frequency
control.
The
RCA
and
DIN
connectors
at
the
INPUT
to
the
200
CRX
Active
Cross¬
over
are
connected
in
parallel
so
that
the
RCA
connectors
can
be
used
to
connect
the
input
stereo
signals
to
the
30
dBHP
High
Pass
Filter.
Since
the
high
pass
filter
input
is
received
directly
from
the
equalizer,
the
crossover
module
has
not
affect
on
the
high
pass
filter.
A
REMINDER:
The
speakers
must
never
be
connected
to
the
car
chassis
or
body.
To
do
so
will
cause
severe
noise
problems
