HANDLE BAR ASSEMBLY
Attach the
handlebars as
shown. There are 4
screws to assemble
or remove the
handlebar. The
Power S/W should
be at a 60-90 degree
angle, pointing
straight up. This
allows the small
riders to twist the
throttle all the way
open.
