Assembly Procedure: The assembly process involves several steps:

Frame and Motor Assembly: The frame and motor are secured using 4 M38 screws and 4 M510 screws.
Idle Pulley Assembly: This step involves attaching bearings (4 Pcs), M5 nuts (2 Pcs), 5.3mm spacers (2 Pcs), M5 locknuts (2 Pcs), and M5*20 screws (2 Pcs) to form the idle pulley mechanism.
Roller Assembly: Two rollers are assembled, each requiring 2 bearings, 4 M5*10 screws, and 4 M5 nuts. A crucial note here is that the screws should not be tightened immediately, and an installation gap must be reserved for later adjustments.
Timing Belt Pulleys Assembly: This involves attaching two 25-teeth timing belt pulleys and one 16-teeth timing belt pulley.
Final Step (Timing Belt Installation): The timing belt is inserted, and the position of each timing belt pulley is adjusted. A hex wrench is then used to tighten the internal fixing screws. The distance between the two rollers can be adjusted according to specific needs, allowing for versatility in handling different object sizes.

Setting Procedure (LaserGRBL Software): To use the rotary roller, specific settings must be configured in the LaserGRBL software:

Turn off Automatic Home Function: If the laser engraver has an automatic home function, it must be disabled.
- Turn on the laser engraver, open LaserGRBL software on the computer, and connect the engraver.
- Unlock the laser engraver.
- Open "Grbl Configuration" from the "Tools" menu.
- Change the value for the "Automatic Return to Origin" function to 0 to disable it.
- Write the data to the main board.
- Close the configuration window.

Installation Methods:

1. Cantilever Laser Engraver: * Place the object as shown in the figure, and connect the rotary roller to the laser engraver using a 500MM extension cable. * Unplug the Y Motor Cable from the engraver and connect it to the Y-axis Rotary Roller via the extension cable. * Heighten the laser engraver according to the height of the object being engraved. * Adjust the position and laser focus, then start engraving. * WARNING: Eye protection (laser goggles) must be worn before operating the laser.

2. Frame Laser Engraver: * Place the object as shown in the figure, and connect the rotary roller to the laser engraver. * Heighten the laser engraver according to the height of the object. * Unplug the Y Motor Cable from the engraver and connect it to the Y-axis Rotary Roller via the extension cable. * Adjust the position and laser focus, then start engraving. * PS: Eye protection (laser goggles) must be worn before operating the laser. * The laser spot should be aligned with the apex of the cylindrical object for optimal engraving.
