Baling
7 The bale light ashes
yellow – it is time to remove
the bale.
8 Grip the two handles, press
in both buttons (above the
handles) and slide the press
unit to one side.
9 Pull out the straps (over the
bale) using the strap hook.
10 Hang the strap hook back up.
11 Cut the straps to an
appropriate length using the
strap knife. The straps must at
least reach down to the loop.
12 Place the press unit over the
chamber from which a bale is
to be removed.
13 Press “down arrow”.
14 Stretch up the straps and
tie them.
15 Press “arrow up”.

Grip the two handles, press
in both buttons (above the
handles) and slide the press
unit to one side.
17 Make sure that NO ONE is in
the risk area! Grab the door
handle with both hands, and
stand to the side of the door.
18 Open the door handle fully with
both hands, so that the
pressure is relieved.
Close the door handle again.
Then open the door fully.
Place a pallet in front of the
chamber to facilitate the
removal of the nished bale.
19 Make sure that NO ONE is in
the risk area!
Press down the pedal on the
outside of the door in order to
feed the bale out of the
chamber.
20 Close the door.
21 Grip the two handles, press
in both buttons (above the
handles) and slide the press
unit to one side.
Press the start button to lower
the press plate so that the bale
mechanism is pressed down
to its lowermost position.
22 Repeat items 2 to 4, after
which the machine will once
again be ready for operation.
