EXPRESSBAKE™ Bread Machine Stages (80 minutes)
For the 80 minute EXPRESSBAKE™ cycle you can expect the
following things to happen as the timer counts down to zero:
At 1:20: The dough is kneaded. (20 minutes)
At 1:00: The dough begins to rise. (18 minutes)
At 0:42: The bread begins to bake. (42 minutes)
At 0:00: The bread is finished.
