For the whole wheat bread cycle you can expect the following
things to happen as the timer counts down to zero:
At 3:40: The dough is kneaded for the first time. (10 minutes)
At 3:30: The dough begins to rise. (25 minutes)
At 3:05: The dough is kneaded for the second time.
(20 minutes)
At 2:45: The dough continues to rise. (30 minutes)
At 2:15: The dough rises for the final time. (70 minutes)
At 1:05: The bread begins to bake. (65 minutes)
At 0:00: The bread is finished.
