BOLDER COFFEE BREW LATER
IMPORTANT: You must set the clock before using this
feature.
1. Press the intensity
option and the Red
Coffee Bean indicator
will turn on by activating
the icon on the screen
. To disable the
INTENSE coffee option
simply press the button
again. The Red
Coffee Bean indicator
will disappear.
2. The coffee-making
process can be stopped
by pressing the button
at any time, and
the red indicator will
turn off. The appliance
will continue brewing
once the button is
pressed again.
1. Press the button once,thedisplaywillashthe
previously set brew later time.
2. PresstheHourandMinbuttontosetthebrewlater
time(Example:1:10pm)
NOTE: The time cycle is 12 hours.
3. After 3 seconds of inactivity the brew later time will
be set for the selected time.
4. A White indicator will show up on the display to
indicate the BREW LATER function has been
activated.
NOTE: You can cancel the BREW LATER function
by pressing the Brew later button again, the
white indicator will turn off. If you want to change
thebrewlatertime,justfollowthestepsabovefrom
1 to 3 again.
5. When the time comes, the white indicator will turn
off and the red indicator will light up, then the unit
begins to brew the coffee.
NOTE: As a reminder, if you want to continue
using the brew later feature, you will need to press
whenever you want. The coffee maker will not
automatically start again the next day.

PAPER FILTERS VS. REUSABLE FILTERS
PAPER FILTERS:Toachieveasmoother,lessbittercupofcoffee,useapaperlter.It
will be most effective in trapping bitter sediments.
REUSABLE FILTERS:Foramorerobustandfulltaste,useareusablelter.Itwillallow
thecoffee’sfullavortollyourcup.Reusableltershavetinyholesthatallowrichcoffee
oils to brew through.
WATER
While it may not seem like an important ingredient, coffee is 98 percent water. The type of
waterthatyoubrewwithgreatlyaffectsthenaltaste.Alwaysuseclean,freshwaterthat
islteredandfreeofimpurities–avoidhardwaterorwellwater.
CLEANLINESS
A clean coffeemaker is essential to brewing great tasting coffee each and every time.
