1. Make sure to turn the unit to the OFF position
and unplug the Deep Fryer.
2. Once you are ready to enjoy the food, press the
Lid Release Button to open the lid.
WARNING: By pressing the Lid Release Button the
nit will release hot steam and de-pressurize the

3. Take out the basket and place the food on dishes
(or first place on a paper towel to help absorb
any excess oil that may remain on the outside
of the food).
The basket is very hot. Only carry
from the basket handle.
4. Place the basket back into the Deep Fryer.
