Earmold instant t options
Earmold Ordering Flexibility — if earmolds are not ordered at time of initial tting,
they are still able to be ordered for NO CHARGE during the hearing aid trial period
(180 days). To order earmolds after the initial order is placed, this can be done so
through a Service Order in ROES.
Earmold remake policy — 180 days, one-time remake due to poor t. The remake
must be same earmold model (i.e. MicroShell to MicroShell with canal lock).
If change in earmold model, a new order will be required.
