Basic Requirements For Installation Position
Indoor Unit Installation Position Selection
1. The unit must be installed by a qualified technician according to local regulations and the instructions
in this manual.
2. If the heat pump the instructions in plug, connect it directly to a fixed circuit, A breaker should
be installed in the fixed circuit. All the breaker's poles should be switched off and the distance of the
contact should be at least 3mm.
1. The air inlet and outlet vent should be free of obstruction. Ensure that the air can be blown
through the whole room.
2. Select a position where the condensing water can be easily drained out, and the place is easily
connected for the outdoor unit.
3. Select a location that is out of the reach of children.
4. Use an installation location that is strong enough to withstand the full weight and v
ibration of
the unit, and that will not increase the noise.
5. Be sure to leave enough space to allow access for routine maintenance.
6. Select a place about 1m or more away from a TV set or any other electric appliances.
7. Select a place where the filter can be easily taken out.
8. Make sure that the indoor unit installation is in line with the installation dimension
diagram requirements.
Installing the unit in the following ing the unit may cause malfunctions. If it is unavoidable
please contact with service. Any place where:
• Strong heat sources, vapors, flammable gas or volatile fumes or liquids are emitted.
• High-frequency waves are generated by radio equipment, welders and
medical equipment.
• High levels of salinity exist, such as on the coast.
• There is oil (machine oil) the air.
• Sulfuric gas is generated, such as near hot springs.
• Other special circumstances exist.

Exigences de base de l’installation
Installation de l’appareil interne
1. L’appareil doit être installé par un technicien qualifié selon les règlements locaux et ce manuel.
2. Si la thermopompe ne comporte pas de fiche, branchez-le directement dans le circuit fixe. Un
disjoncteur devrait être ajouté au circuit fixe. Toutes les polarités des disjoncteurs doivent être
désactivées et la distance de contact doit être d’au moins 3 mm.

t la sortie d’air ne doivent pas être obstruées. Assurez-vous que l’air peut être soufflé partout
dans la pièce.
2. Choisissez un endroit qui permet de drainer facilement l’eau condensée et d’accéder facilement à
l’appareil externe.
3. Choisissez un endroit où les enfants ne peuvent pas atteindre l’appareil.
4. Choisissez un endroit assez robuste pour supporter le poids et la vibration de l’appareil et où celui-ci
ne sera pas plus bruyant.
5. Laissez un espace suffisant autour de l’appareil pour faciliter son entretien.
6. L’appareil doit être installé à au moins 1 m (3 pi) d’un téléviseur ou d’un autre appareil électrique.
7. Choisissez un endroit où le filtre peut être atteint facilement.
8. Assurez-vous que l’appareil interne est installé selon les exigences du diagramme des dimensions pour
l’installation.
Installer l’appareil aux endroits suivants peut l’empêcher de fonctionner. Si aucune autre
option ne s’offre à vous, communiquez avec un centre de service.
• Fortes émanations provenant de sources de chaleur, de vapeurs, de gaz inflammables ou
objets volatiles.
• Ondes hautes fréquences provenant d’une radio, de soudeurs ou d’un équipement
médical.
• Taux élevé de salinité, comme sur le bord de la mer.
• Présence d’huile (machine à l’huile) dans l’air.
• Gaz sulfureux provenant de sources hydrothermales.
• Autres circonstances spéciales.
