How to store the generator?
Turn it off and place it in a dry environment. Do not place it near water. For long-term
storage, we recommend to use the generator at least every three months (meaning to
deplete it of its charge and recharge it back to at least 50%).
Can the generator be taken on an airplane?
No, it’s not possible.
Is the actual output capacity of the generator the same as the target capacity in the
user manual?
The capacity stated in this user manual is the rated capacity of the battery pack.
Because this product has a certain efficiency loss during the charging and discharging
process, the actual output capacity of the product is lower than the capacity specified
in the user manual.
Maintenance
It is recommended to use or store the generator in an environment of 20°C to 30°C,
away from water, heat, and metal objects.
For safety reasons, please do not store the generator in an environment with
temperature higher than 45°C or lower than -10°C for a long time.
If the generator is not used for a long time, please charge it to about 60% before
storing. If the battery is left unused for a long time when the battery is seriously
insufficient, it will cause irreversible damage to the battery and shorten the cycle life
of the generator.
