What to do if my oxycom CABIN 400 Air Conditioner system does not cool?

  If your Oxycom Air Conditioner isn't cooling, it might be due to an empty water reservoir. Refill the water reservoir. Alternatively, the drain cock might be open, causing the reservoir to empty. Ensure the drain cock is closed and then refill the reservoir. A kinked, loose, or torn feed hose could also be the culprit. Replace the feed hose, tighten the connection, or remove any kinks, making sure it's properly connected to the pump. Another possible cause is a malfunctioning pump in the water reservoir. Check the vehicle's 12 Volt circuitry. If the pump has failed, replace it with an original part. Also, check the 12 Volt power supply and replace the fuse if blown. If these steps don't resolve the issue, consult your dealer.

  If your Oxycom Air Conditioner ventilation system isn't working, the airflow through the OXYZONE might be blocked. Check if the OXYZONE screen frame or exhaust vents are open. Also, inspect the air filters for blockage. Another cause could be a disconnected 230 V mains power supply. Make sure the power supply is correctly connected. If the power supply is not at fault, or if there is a blown fuse on the OXYZONE circuit board, refer the problem to your dealer.

How to improve the ventilation of my Oxycom Air Conditioner if there is too little air?

  If your Oxycom Air Conditioner has poor ventilation with too little air, it could be due to closed OXYZONE vents or a blocked screen. Open the OXYZONE vents and/or screen to resolve this. Another cause may be a blocked insect filter in the roof unit. Clean the insect filter with a vacuum cleaner and a soft brush if necessary. The OXYZONE air filter may also be blocked. Remove the OXYZONE exhaust screens and check the air filters, replacing them if needed. Finally, the OXYCELL in the roof unit might be fouled, in which case you should have your dealer replace it.

What causes high water consumption in my oxycom CABIN 400?

  If your Oxycom Air Conditioner is consuming water at a high rate, with the reservoir emptying abnormally quickly, the water might not be returning correctly through the return hose. Ensure the return hose has no kinks and does not run upwards or horizontally at any point. If the issue persists, the return pump may have failed, requiring replacement with an original part.
