7. INSTALLING THE WALL CONTROL
REMEMBER -Turn off the power! NOTE - Control must be installed within 30 feet of fan.
1. Remove the existing wall plate and
switch from the wall junction box.
2. If your outlet box has a ground wire
(green or bare copper) connect the wall
control's ground wire to it; otherwise
connect the wall control's ground wire
directly to one of the screws from the
outlet box.
3. (Fig. 13) Carefully tuck the wire
connections inside the junction box.
Secure the wall control with the two
screws provided. Attach the wall plate
over the wall control and secure with the
two screws provided.

NOTE: This unit is equipped with an
automatically learned type remote control.
There are no frequency switches on the
receiver and transmitter; the receiver unit
will automatically scan the frequency
from the remote control if any changes are
made. This unit has 65,000 different code
combinations.
Remote pairing process
With the fan’s power off, restore power to
the fan. Press and hold “ FAN OFF
button for about 5 seconds and release. If
optional light kit is installed, the light kit
will flash twice and the signal light on the
remote control will come on when the
button is pressed. The fan has completed
the pairing process with the remote
control and is ready for use.
NOTE: A single fan can be controlled
with as many as 3 wall controls in one
room. Every control will need to repeat
the pairing process based on instructions
above and all controls must be within 30
feet of the fan.
Operating instructions
A. "HI, MED, and LOW" buttons:
These three buttons are used to set the
fan speed as follows: (Fig. 14)
HI= high speed
Med= medium speed
Low= low speed
B. The "LIGHT" button: This button
controls the light. Press and release the
button to turn the light ON or OFF. Press
and hold the button to set the desired
brightness. The light key has an
auto-resume, it will stay at the same
brightness as the last time it was turned
off.
C. "FAN OFF" button:
This button turns the fan ON or OFF.
D. "REV" button:
This button is to control fan direction.
E. ON - OFF Slide button: Power
switch.
F. "DIM" and "ON" dip switch: (Fig. 15)
The "DIM" selection is the light dimmable
selection and is to be used with LED bulbs
only. The "ON" selection is the light on
only (no dimmable function) and is to be
used with LED bulbs.
