2.1: MAIN FEATURES OF THE PBM753 CARD
RL1 ON: Manual charge: connecting the jumper RL1 on, the relay is closed manually
Warning: the battery charger can be stopped manually only.
J2 Function selection
TV Quick test (it allows to shortly check the operation of the battery charger: the internal clock is
accelerated and the charging process is simulated)
AS5s Autostart with a delay of 5 seconds
AS3h Autostart with a delay of 3 hours (the automatic start of the charger is enabled 3 hours after
connection to power)
CPR Proportional charge
CI11h Safety timer set at 11 hours (instead of 9, which is the default setting)
CF4h 4h-long final charge (instead of 3, which is the default setting)
CEQ Equalizing charge
J9 2-position jumper to select the gassing voltage setting mode (FIX, fixed, or REG., adjustable)
J10 Selection of battery rated voltage (24V-36V-40V-48V-72V-80V-96V)
NOTE: ALL THE TIMES YOU CHANGES THE JUMPERS SETTING, RESET ALSO MAINS AND BATTERY!
VGAS One-turn trimmer to set the gassing point (2,4V/cell)
RL1 ON-OFF relay
L5 LED indicating the EQUALIZING CHARGE (yellow)
L4 LED indicating a FAULT (red)
L3 LED indicating END OF CHARGE (green)
