Stacking should be carried out when totes are empty. For 500 L totes that are to be stacked and used
with Allegro biocontainer systems, installation of the single-use systems within the totes should be done
through the front access door after stacking as shown in Figures 23 and 24 above (section 5.2.2).
Design systems and operational sequences so that, wherever possible, stacked totes are filled in
sequence from bottom to top tote, and emptied in sequence from top to bottom tote.
WARNING: Open totes should not be stacked if installed on a trolley (Figure 41).
