Operation mode
AUTO : During operation mode selection, the power indicator will blinks at initial.
• Unit selects operation mode every 10 minutes according to setting temperature and room
temperature.
• Once AUTO mode is selected, the unit will operate at the standard setting temperature.
Room temperature Operation mode Standard setting temperature
23 °C / 73 °F & above COOL 25 °C / 77 °F
Below 23 °C / 73 °F DRY 22 °C / 72 °F
• Press for “HI” to +2 °C / +4 °F or for “LO” to -2 °C / -4 °F to the standard setting
temperature.
COOL : Provides efficient comfort cooling to suit your needs.
• Use curtains to screen off sunlight and outdoor heat to reduce power consumption during
COOL mode.
DRY : Unit operates at low fan speed to give a gentle cooling operation.
Energy saving temperature setting
Operating the unit within the recommended temperature range may save energy.
COOL : 26 °C ~ 28 °C / 79 °F ~ 82 °F.
Air flow direction
In COOL/DRY mode:
If AUTO is set, the flap swings up/down automatically.
Auto restart control
If power is resumed after a power failure, the operation will restart automatically after a
period of time with previous operation mode and airflow direction.
• This control is not applicable when TIMER is set.
