Battery pack
Turn the unit off before detaching/attaching the battery pack.

For replacement: CGR-H604 (Available from Panasonic dealers)
Optional battery pack (CGP-H501)
≥ Use together with the built-in battery pack ( ➜ above).
≥ Attach the optional battery pack to the main unit and charge the battery before using for the first
time (➜ page 6).

≥ Times for when used along with the optional battery pack (➜ above) are in parenthesis.
≥ To change the LCD brightness (➜ page 11).
When not using for long periods of time
≥ Remove the battery pack (➜ above). (Even when the unit is turned off, there is a small amount of
voltage running through the unit, and this may result in a malfunction.)
≥ Recharge the battery for re-use.
