Why can't I make calls on my Panasonic IP Phone when the CS LED isn't flashing?
    • T
      tracyrodgersAug 25, 2025
If you cannot make or receive calls and there is noise during a phone call even when the CS LED is not moderately green flashing, it may be because the CSs are located too close together in the same area. Reduce the number of CSs in the area, or increase the distance between CSs.

      vstephensonAug 26, 2025
If the LED of the CS does not turn green, it could be due to several reasons. First, the CS might not be connected properly; ensure the cable is correctly connected with the right pin assignments and that there are no short circuits. Second, the CS might not be set for normal operation; switch all DIP switches off. Third, the port that the CS is connected to might be out of service; change the port status from Out of Service to In Service using the Maintenance Console.

    • H
      hkingSep 8, 2025
If IP-CSs are installed at a remote site after installing CSs at a local site, but the IP-CSs do not operate, it means that IP-CSs are not properly synchronized with any CS. When using only one IP-CS at a remote site, assign the IP-CS as Master CS1. When using multiple IP-CSs at a remote site, establish air synchronization between IP-CSs.
