7.4. Procedure of Inspection and Adjustment
7.4.1. Equipment and Chart Setting
7.4.1.1 Setting to Simple Resolution Inspection
* Housing space for performance checking is recommended
H:1,500mm x W:2,500mm x D:5,000mm and more.
After fine tune the installation position of the tripod, connect USB cable to PC and execute Resolution Check
software.
TELE end : About 4,200mm
WIDE end : About 960mm
Assemble the Checking Chart and paste the Chart with plastic
white board on a vertical wall.
* Checking Chart size : H 960mm x W 1440mm
Install LED lights left and right symmetrically as uneven
illumination does not occur.
* The standard illuminance on the surface of all the 5 points of
the chart described as shown in the figure with red marking is
1500±150 lux.
Fix the Camera body and Lens to check on a tripod, and set the
distance from the Chart as below.
