What to do if my Panasonic Washer has no water supply?
    • M
      Matthew HernandezAug 14, 2025
First, check if the water faucet is turned on. Consider whether there is a water outage in your area. Also, inspect the water supply filter for any clogs. Note that with a large amount of laundry, water is added several times automatically. If laundry is wet or there is water in the tub before operation, the water level may be higher. With light clothes (of synthetic fibre, etc.), the water level may be lower.

Why does my Panasonic NA-F135A1 start with rinse, but no water is supplied?
    • J
      James WyattAug 17, 2025
If there is no water in the tub, water is supplied after spin. If there is water in the tub, water is supplied after water discharge. Also, if clothes are concentrated on one side of the tub, the washing machine automatically corrects unevenness by starting rinse process, so place clothes as evenly as possible. The tub rotation speed is also adjusted to reduce foaming during spin.

Why is my Panasonic NA-F135A1 not supplying water?
    • T
      Tracy ChapmanAug 21, 2025
If your Panasonic Washer won't supply water, make sure the water faucet is turned on and check for any water outages. Also, inspect the water supply filter for clogs. If the water level drops, water is added automatically, sometimes multiple times for larger loads. If laundry is wet or there's water in the tub before starting, the water level might appear higher. For light clothes, especially those made of synthetic fiber, the water level might be lower.

How to change process settings after start-up on Panasonic NA-F135A1?
    • A
      Austin Watson MDAug 25, 2025
If you can't change the process settings on your Panasonic Washer after starting it, you can change process settings during the wash process by pressing “Pause”. To change the program or settings after the end of the wash process, turn the power off and on again. Possible causes include a power failure, the lid not being completely closed, a blown power fuse or tripped breaker, the power plug not being fully inserted, the water faucet not being turned on, not pressing “Start”, or the timer being preset.

What happens if there is a power failure with my Panasonic NA-F135A1 Washer?
    • M
      Maria RobinsonAug 28, 2025
The operation will resume from the point where it was stopped when the power is recovered (Auto Restart). When water supply is recovered, remove the water supply hose, release turbid water from the faucet, and then start the washing machine. Note that if Child Lock is set, the Fragrance program cannot be selected.

Why does the time indication increase or not decrease on my Panasonic NA-F135A1?
    • M
      Morgan RamirezSep 1, 2025
The time indication is approximate and is corrected during operation and displayed. The operation time may be longer if laundry is concentrated on one side or the water supply or drainage is not good. (Error Display "U11", "U14")

Why does the time on my Panasonic Washer increase or not decrease?
    • S
      Scott BarronSep 5, 2025
If the time indication on your Panasonic Washer increases or doesn't decrease, it could be because the laundry is concentrated on one side, or the water supply or drainage isn't optimal. Note that the time indication is approximate. The remaining time is corrected and displayed during operation.
