Defrosting Using Defrost Microwave and Time
Select Defrost microwave. The times given below are a guideline only. Always check the progress of
the food by opening the oven door and then re-starting.
For larger quantities adjust times accordingly. Food should not be covered during defrosting.

Place in a suitable dish or on an upturned
saucer or use a microwave safe rack. Turn
once. Shield.

Place in a suitable dish. Break up and turn
once.

Chops 450 g 6-7 mins
Place in a suitable dish in a single layer.
Turn once. Shield if necessary.

Place in a suitable dish in a single layer.
Turn twice. Shield if necessary.

Place in a suitable dish. Turn and separate

Place in a suitable dish. Stir once during

Opening the door and taking out the defrosted parts during the operating time is recommended. Turn
over, stir or rearrange the parts which are still in icy.
