Meat Defrosting Time Method Standing Time
Beef/Lamb/ 14-16 mins Place in a suitable dish or on an upturned 60 mins.
Pork Joint 450g (1lb) saucer or use a rack. Turn 3-4 times. Shield.
Minced Beef 12 mins Place in a suitable dish. 15 mins.
