1.At the Self Diagnosis mode, error number shall be displayed every time STOP/FUNCTION
key is pressed.
Example:[ T H 03 ] (the display shall be retained)
2.To come out from the Self Diagnosis mode, execute power OFF.
3.Even at power OFF operation, this error numbers shall not be cleared (the number can be
cleared only at the start up of micro-p reset).
4.If repeating Self Diagnosis, add the newly detected errors only without deleting errors which
has been detected before
