Is the pan bottom properly
contacted with the cast heater?
(Check with the bubbling test.)
● Replace the inner pan or the
cast heater.
Does the center thermostat
operate properiy? (Check with
the operation test.)
● Replace Center thermostat.
Is the rice boiling control lever
properly adjusted?
● Adjust control lever.
Is the cast heater conductive?
● Replace the cast heater.
Improper operation
● Rice is excessive or insufficient.
● Water is excessive or insufficient.
● The switch is turned off once
during boiling.
● Immediately after the switch is
turned off, open the cap.
● Rice has not been scooped and
mixed well.
● Explain the proper operation.
● Excessive burning (More
than light brown)
Does the center thermostat

● Replace the center thermostat.
