5 Service Mode
5.1. How to enter into Service Mode
5.1.1. Set [Hospital Mode] Off
Service Mode can not be entered if Hospital mode is [On] (Activating). Hospital Mode should be set to [Off] by using only Remote
Control as following procedure.
1. Press [MENU], [G], [Y] and [0] buttons on the remote control by turns to display [Hospital Mode setup menu].
2. Select the item [Mode] and set [Off] status.
3. Select the item [Save] and press [OK] button.
4. Disconnect the AC cord from wall outlet, or press and hold the [POWER] button at right side on the main unit for 10 seconds
or more.
5.1.2. Enter into Service Mode
While pressing [VOLUME ( - )] button of the main unit, press [INFO] button of the remote control three times within 2 seconds.
If Service Mode is started, FP board is turned on and a sound will be outputted from both TV speaker and a Pillow speaker.
5.1.3. Key command
[1] button...Main items Selection in forward direction
[2] button...Main items Selection in reverse direction
[3] button...Sub items Selection in forward direction
[4] button...Sub items Selection in reverse direction
[VOL] button...Value of sub items change in forward direction ( + ), in reverse direction ( - )
5.1.4. Contents of adjustment mode
• Value is shown as a hexadecimal number.
• Preset value differs depending on models.
• After entering the adjustment mode, take note of the value in each item before starting adjustment.
5.1.5. How to exit
Switch off the power with the [POWER] button on the main unit or the [POWER] button on the remote control.
