- toggle between view mode and edit mode.
Press Options and select:

To select cells, press and hold , then scroll , , or .
Press Options and select:
Edit Cell Edit highlighted cell.
Worksheets > Select, insert, rename or delete worksheets.
Toggle Full Screen Toggle between full screen and reduced screen.
Zoom > Choose a size to zoom document.
Freeze > Freeze Row, Column or Both for the highlighted cell.
Adjust Column
Width
Scroll to adjust column width.
Clipboard > Choose Cut, Copy, Paste or Select All to apply to highlighted cells.
Search > Choose Find, Find Next or Replace. Enter text to be located in
Find field. In other fields, scroll
to choose a search range. Then
press Find.
Properties Set cursor movement after entry and toggle
auto-recalculations.
Print Print document by sending it via Multimedia, Bluetooth
®
or infrared.
Accept Text Edit Enter the edit.
Revert Text Edit Revert to previous cell content.
Operators > Choose from list of math operators and commonly used symbols.
Functions > Choose from list of spreadsheet functions.
