10. Warnings and failures
10.1 Green warning LED
A flashing green LED is an early warning signal, which does not put the terminal out
of order. It only indicates that work is required, e.g. when the ticket stock is
almost empty or when the battery charge is low.
Viewing and cancelling warnings:
You can view the DIAGNOSIS code in hexadecimal format of a warning or a failure
without opening the maintenance door.
To do so, press the (red) Cancel key and the (green) OK key of the
function keypad or extended keyboard simultaneously.
Hold the Cancel key pressed down till the "Release change button"
message is displayed.
Place the cursor on the Errors function in the menu that is displayed by
pressing the OK button as many times as required.
Press Cancel to select the function.
The terminal will display a list with 20 most recent fault and failure codes.
An alternative solution is to open the maintenance door and select programming
function number 97 with the keyboard.
The battery voltage is low
during use.
The battery voltage is low
when idle.
The number of tickets in the
stock has dropped below the
limit set by function 14.
Change the ticket roll or
change the ticket limit.
The number of coins in the
coinbox is greater than the
set limit.
After the operation, use function Diagnostics to clear the warning message.
