  If your Parker Dehumidifier experiences a high pressure drop, several factors could be at play. First, ensure that the filters and float drain haven't been installed for longer than 12 months and verify the float drain's proper operation. If the inlet flow-rate, temperature, or pressure has increased, make sure the filters and dryer are appropriately re-sized. Check for leaks in the piping and connection points, and confirm that all drain cocks and pressure relief valves are closed. Also, ensure that all isolation valves are fully open and that the dryer is powered on by checking the isolator and circuit breaker.

  If the dewpoint is failing in your Parker Dehumidifier, several factors could be the cause. If the inlet flow-rate or the inlet temperature have increased, ensure that the filters and dryer are re-sized accordingly. If the inlet pressure has changed ensure that the filters and dryer are re-sized accordingly. Verify that all condensate drains are functioning correctly, and check that the drain hoses are free from kinks and obstructions, ensuring that the isolation valves on the drains are fully open. Also, test that the condensate drain is operating correctly and that the cooling water system is functioning correctly and that the water temperature is within specification (water cooled systems only). Ensure that the after cooler and dust filter (if fitted) are clean and that the fan is funct...
