MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE
CAUTION:
Use parts that are supplied by the manufacturer, otherwise damage to the engine may
occur.
WARNING:
Stop the engine before servicing. If servicing is required with the engine running ensure
there is good ventilation in the area. Exhaust emissions contain toxic carbon monoxide
which may cause injury or be fatal if inhaled.
ENGINE OIL REPLACEMENT
Place the machine on a level surface and warm up the engine for several minutes. Then
stop the engine.
Removetheoilllercap
Place an oil pan under the engine. Remove the oil drain plug so that the oil can be
completely drained. You will need to use a tube or other similar device to prevent the oil
leaking onto the frame of the pressure washer.
Checktheoildrainplug,gasketoilllercapandO-ringandifdamaged replace.
Reinstall the oil drain plug.
Add engine oil up to the upper level of the dipstick.
NOTE:
Do not dump oil containers or discard engine oil into rubbish boxes or into the ground.
For environmental protection take discarded engine oil in a closed container to a
recycling station.
Only for inside ventilating double-core carburettors.
Only for paper core air cleaners.
More often than in schedule if used in dusty conditions
Items to be done by dealer unless you are fully trained
and equipped to do so.
