SMOKE CONTROL AREAS – These stoves have been designed and assembled so that it may be used to burn wood
logs in a Smoke Control Area. Find out if you are in a Smoke Control Area by contacting your Local Authority. These
appliances are only exempt for use when fitted with a smoke control kit (ECIS05ARRT020 – Aspect 7/
ECIR04ARRT020 – Aspect 8 /ECIS08ARRT020 – Aspect 8 Slimline/ECIS05ARRT020 – Aspect 7 / ECIR04ARRT020 –
Aspect 8/9/ ECIR05ARRT020 – 14). Without the kit fitted the appliance is not an exempt appliance and so may leave
the householder liable for a fine up to £1000
