Unpacking and Setup Instructions
The PT-6212-EB and its accessories
are packed in a cardboard carton
with foam padding for protection
during shipment. Carefully unpack
the system and keep the packing
materials for future use.
Verify that all of the items shown
below are included in the box. If
an item is missing or appears to be
damaged, contact your Partner Tech
dealer immediately.
Step1: Unpack the box and check the contents.

Step2: Connect the peripheral devices
Step3: Connect the power adapter
Caution: Be sure to connect the
peripheral devices to the appropriate
ports, as shown below. A device may
not function correctly if it is connected
to the wrong port.
Note: Drivers and utilities needed for PT-6212-EB are included in the
“User Manual and Driver CD”.
A. Connect the power cable to the
power socket located on the
left side of the PT-6212-EB I/O
panel.
B. Plug the power cable into an
electrical outlet.
Note: Using adaptor higher than
12V/15A may damage the system.

Power On the PT-6212-EB

System Power On;Off

Press the power button to turn the system on. Press and hold for 4-5 seconds to force shutdown.

Feed Button Functionality

The feed button can be pressed to auto-feed paper from the printer.
