3. Lift Component, move prism in, focus lens on PCB then move component down into focus. Now conduct micro
adjustments – First adjusting component rotation, then adjusting X and Y positioning with micrometers.
4. Adjustments done, now retract/move Prism out of the way, to the left. Now carefully place component onto
fluxed pads. Next, move the Pick-up up and out of the way. Finally position/move the IR Lens system into position
ready for reflow.
