Usage Features:
Setup Access:
- Accessed by holding the "Zero" key for five seconds.
- Requires an access code (default "0000") for configuration, calibration, and option enablement.
- The "Check" key displays software version and initiates display/keyboard tests.
- "Tare Recall" selects main menus (configuration, calibration, options).
- "Gross/Net" enters selected sub-categories.
- "Tare/Recall" selects parameters within sub-categories.
- "ENT" backs up from categories and saves changes.
- Front panel access can be inhibited by jumper J1-1 in position B, requiring the board-mounted "CAL" button for access, providing security for calibration settings.
Configuration (SEL.CFG):
- Allows adjustment of divisions, count by, decimal point, overrange, digital filter, Auto Zero Maintenance (AZM), zero range, ISM (Zero's scale on power-up), lb/kg units, serial port selections, and DIO enable.

Remote Serial Display (RSD) Option:

Setpoint Operation (Option 2 DIO):

- Supports two setpoints with main and fast feed, plus tolerance and zero band. Pre-Act can be applied for material in-flight compensation.

Batch Mode (Manual/Auto):
- Manual Batch (Bat 1): Pauses between setpoints, initiated by print, tare, or external input (DIO). Pressing any key other than "start" pauses, a second push aborts.
- Auto Batch (Bat 2): Continues without pause, initiated similarly to manual batch. Includes a time delay (settling) before print.
Totalizer (Option 6):
- Operates with the "print" function in normal or batch mode.
- Adds current stable weight to the totalizer with each "Print" command.
- A reset band prevents double adding in Batch Mode.
- Total can be viewed using the "2" key and printed using the "Print" key during display.
- "Clear" key clears the totalizer.
- Works with Port 1 only; "Print" key disabled when Batch Mode and Totalizer are both enabled.
Weigh In/Out (Truck Scale Application) (Option 4):
- Provides a system for single scale applications to determine net weight by storing incoming weight and completing transactions with outgoing weight.
- Operates in "Gross" mode only.
- Supports six-digit truck ID identification.
- Print format based on smart serial setup or unlabeled default. Truck ID cannot be accessed unless there are at least five grads of weight on the scale.
Smart Serial I/O (Option 7):

- Supports 8 custom print files and 8 macro files (30 characters each).

- Supports truck mode custom printing, continuous serial protocol, and duplex 'P' printout.
- Custom print files can be uploaded/downloaded to a host computer.
- Note: Custom print does not support RS485 protocol.
