Press the shutter release button

Selecting the Flash Mode
Press the b button to pop up the flash, then press the four-way controller
(4).
Each press of the four-way controller (5) on the Flash Mode selection
screen switches modes in the following order.
Some modes may be unavailable depending on the capture mode.
