If your Perfect Aire Heat Pump isn't cooling or heating the room well even with air flowing, it could be due to several reasons. First, ensure that the temperature is set correctly; refer to the Remote Control User Manual for detailed instructions. A blocked air filter can also reduce efficiency, so try cleaning it. Make sure all doors and windows are closed to prevent air leakage. Check that the air inlet or outlet of both the indoor and outdoor units are free from obstructions; clear them and restart the unit. Finally, the compressor might be under a 3-minute protection cycle, so simply wait and see if it resolves itself.
