If the air from the unit feels cool, double-check the above points. Try the 'Follow Me' feature for better cooling, ensuring the remote is within 20 feet and a 180° radius of the unit. Finally, unplug the unit for at least 5 minutes, following the reset instructions on the plug.

If the thermostat is set too cold for nighttime cooling, defrost the coil using the FAN only mode, and then increase the temperature setting.
