Power Switch
Is on in the down Position
1. Turn the power button on
2. Leave the auto control in off position
3. Adjust the Variable Speed Fan Knob accordingly to maintain your desire
Temperature
4. Close the stack damper cover 75% - 85% closed
5. Let the Perfect Draft BBQ Blower
CAUTION:
Always connect the Heat Shield to the BBQ Blower while it’s connected to the fire
box failure to do so can result in damage to the outer shell of the Blower. If the BBQ
Pit temperature exceeds 400 degrees disconnect the BBQ Blower until the
temperature drops below 400 degrees.
