MAINTENANCE
Schedule Maintenance
Once a month Door balance test, refer to page 3.
Twice a year Safety reversal test, refer to page 21.
Once a year Check cable/chain tension (refer to page 8 for
adjustment if necessary).
• Limit and Force adjustment may be necessary due to
weather conditions. Refer to pages 18-20 for adjustment.
Conduct Safety Reversal Test aer ANY adjustments.
• Lubricate door rollers, bearings and hinges. The opener
is permanently lubricated, DO NOT lubricate or grease
the opener, rail or door tracks.
