Q: How old my pet can use Pet Training systems?
A: DO NOT use on puppies younger than 6 months.
Q: Can I use Pet Training systems with more than one pet?
A: Yes, you can simply add one more or two receiver collars to the
system to control two or three pets, because three dog channels
are available with one transmitter.
Q: How do I know when to charge transmitter and receiver?
A: For transmitter: the symbol will show up on the left down side of
LCD screen. For receiver collar: if you hear 10 Seconds beep sound,
you have to get it charged.
Q: How long can I leave Receiver Collar on my dog?
A: The Receiver Collar is not designed to be worn constantly. We
recommend to wear the collar on your dog less than 12 hours out
of every 24-hour period.
Q: What's the function of anti-abrasion buckle?
A: Anti-abrasion buckle could prevent skin abrasion, avoids hurting
dog's skin when you do not need to use static shock function, and
also it could be insulated from electricity.
Q: What should I do if my pet's neck becomes red and irritated?
A: Discontinue to use of the pet training collar for a few days. If the
condition persists beyond 48 hours, please ask your veterinarian to
check. Continue to monitor your pet's skin condition closely even if
the skin become to normal.
Q: Can I attach a leash to the receiver collar?
A: NO. This can result in pulling the screw caps (contact points) too
tightly against your pet's neck. Use a separate collar placed above
the receiver collar.
