Problem: There is a leak
Possible Causes and Solutions:
Connections: Check and tighten all connections, including compression fittings.
Hose Connection: Inspect the hose connection for any cracks or loose fittings.
Valve Handle: Ensure the valve handle is fully closed when not in use and check
for any damage.
Tank: Examine the tank for any cracks or damage.
Problem: I can't get the unit open
Possible Causes and Solutions:
Pressure: Ensure the pressure release valve is used to release any remaining
pressure before attempting to open.
Pump Handle: Fully depress the pump handle into the base of the pump
assembly. While holding the orange funnel in one hand, turn the pump handle
counterclockwise to unscrew it.
Pressure Relief Valve : you might hear air leaking around the pressure relief valve
Check the Seal: Ensure the seal is intact and not worn out.
Inspect for Debris: Verify that nothing is caught between the seal and
the valve seat.
Look for Damage: Examine the valve and seal for any visible damage,
such as cracks or deformations.
Problem: The unit won't build pressure
Possible Causes and Solutions:
Pump Assembly: Ensure the pump assembly is properly secured and not damaged.
Connections: Make sure the connections are tight at the pressure release valve,
hose to tank connection, and the connections on the valve handle.
Clogged Filters: Check and clean the filters inside the valve handle and at the
bottom of the hose inside the tank.
