STEPS TO CHECK, CLEAN, OR REPLACE

Changing the Nozzles
If you need to change the nozzles on your HD101 One Gallon Pump Sprayer, follow
these simple steps. The nozzles are attached to the end of the sprayer rod with a
compression nut.
Tools Needed:
None ( Avoid using wrenches or tools as they may damage the plastic components )
If you experience limited flow to the nozzle or the unit is not working correctly,
checking, cleaning, or replacing the filters may be necessary. There are two filters:
one inside the valve handle and one at the bottom of the hose inside the tank.
ATTACH THE NEW NOZZLE:
STEPS TO REMOVE THE NOZZLE:
Loosen the Compression Nut: Using your
hands, loosen the compression nut at the end
of the sprayer rod where the nozzle is attached.
Remove the Nozzle: Once the compression nut
is loose, slide the nozzle off the end of the
sprayer rod.
Tools Needed:
Adjustable wrench, Soft brush, Clean water
1. Loosen the Compression Nut
at the base of the valve handle
securing the hose.
Prepare the Nozzle: Make sure the compression
nut on the sprayer rod is loose.
Attach the Nozzle: Push the new nozzle onto the
end of the sprayer rod until fully inserted.
Tighten the Nut: Hand-tighten the compression
nut securely.
