needle
plate
half
a turn
so
that
raised
portion
is
at
the
front
(see
illustration)
and
replace. Press
down
stud
and
replace
bed
slide.
Thread the
needle
with
doming
wool
and
flick
presser bar
lifter
to
position I (see
page
21).
Remove
the
sewing
foot
and
the
bed
slide.
Lift
front
end
of
needle
plate
and
tilt out.
