2 Water - water Chiller Start-up
For water – water chiller (PWW):
- is always installed a filter in the INLET of the primary circuit , to avoid dirty particles in the heat exchanger and in the 3way
valve
- is recommended to follow the operating range of temperature indicated for the primary circuit
- water must be without limestone
- the PS in the type label is indicated already considering precharge.
- Is strictly recommended to follow the cleaning and filling procedure described before (Appendix A2 and Appendix C point
1); fittings connections are described below

CAUTION: In the INLET connection of the hydraulical plate (externally to the unit) is mounted a mechanical safety
valve with intervention point 4 bar. The valve is provided with a BSPP threated connection in case is necessary a conveyed
discharge. Please pay attention in case of opening of the valve which discharges cold or warm fluid. In case of service please
disconnect the unit from customer’s hydraulical heat sources.
