Shipping procedure
for contaminated pumps

Pressurize the
pump
Seal the pump inlet with blanking
plate.
Pressurize the pump with nitrogen
by injecting a relative pressure of
110 hPa.
Disconnect the nitrogen purge
connector.

Labelling of the
pump
Stick this label on the product
to warn that the pump has
dealt with
unsafe products.
Fill in the contamination declaration and attach it to the product
G 200.
