Before opening the couplings, make sure that the hoses are depressurized (observe
the reading on the mortar pressure gauge).
3URFHGXUHIRU SRZHU IDLOXUH
The mortar hoses must immediately be cleaned. This can be done via the water outlet
valve. To this end, the hose coupling transition adapter (in the tool kit) must first be
connected to the mortar hose, then to the water outlet valve. Open the water valve to
press out the mortar, then clean with sponge balls soaked in water.
Release tie rods screws, remove the pump, press the rotor out of the stator and clean
it carefully. Clean the pressure flange or after mixer (Rotomix or Rotoquirl). Clean the
mixing zone and mixing shaft with water and trowel. Then assemble the pump
completely and prepare it for operation.

Use a suction inlet (art. no. 20 47 50 00) to supply the machine with clean water from
a container.
